Refund and Returns Policy

At SASA Properties, we aim to keep our booking process transparent and fair. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.

  1. Booking Amount / Token Advance
  • The booking amount paid to reserve a property is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • This amount confirms your interest and temporarily blocks the property from being offered to others.
  1. Cancellation by Customer
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the booking for any reason, the booking/token amount will not be refunded.
  • Any additional payments made (if applicable) will be handled as per the agreement signed at the time of booking.
  1. Cancellation by Company
  • If the booking is cancelled by SASA Properties due to legal, technical, or unavoidable reasons, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a specified time frame (usually 7–14 working days).
  1. Property Changes or Transfers
  • In some cases, booking amounts may be adjusted or transferred to another property/project, subject to management approval.
  • Such requests must be made in writing.
  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
  1. No Return Policy
  • Since property bookings are services and not physical goods, returns do not apply.
  1. Policy Updates
  • SASA Properties reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
